These Terms govern your use of rivercityplumb.shop and any purchase from RIVERCITY PLUMBING LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and intended use

• Our products are consumer wash-down accessories for rinsing boats, docks, and outdoor gear with a standard garden water supply.
• We do not sell electric pumps, gas equipment, pressure-rated fittings, or marine electrical equipment. Our products are not intended for those uses.
• Hoses, nozzles, and connectors are for non-potable water use only. Inspect all connections before each use.
• Telescopic poles and pole-mounted brushes must be kept clear of overhead power lines.
• Biodegradable boat soap and other concentrates must be kept away from children, are not edible, and must be used in line with local waterway discharge rules.

Pricing and orders

All prices are in USD. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel orders, including where stock is unavailable. A confirmed order does not guarantee availability until dispatched.

Unopened eligible goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the Returns and Refund Policy published on this site.

Payment

In production, payment is processed securely by Stripe Checkout with the statement descriptor RIVERCITYPLUMB STORE. The current build uses a non-charging demo checkout that does not collect card details or take payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use products in a manner inconsistent with their labeling and the safety notes shown on each product page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIVERCITY PLUMBING LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. You are responsible for using products safely and following all safety notes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
